Located in the vibrant city of Sohar, the Hai Majd project spans a massive 400,000 m². It is meticulously designed to accommodate a total population of approximately 8,000 residents, creating a self-sustaining urban ecosystem that balances modern living with natural beauty.
Total Project Area: 400,000 m².
Green Spaces: The masterplan prioritizes nature with 70,000 m² dedicated to lush green areas and parks.
Commercial Vitality: A dedicated commercial district featuring a scenic 1 km long promenade for walking and social interaction.
Community Amenities: The development includes integrated sports fields, community lawns (Murooj), and the signature Hai Majd Mosque.
