Panorama Engineering Consultancy was established in 1984 by the late Architect Ali Al-Mazrooei — a leading and respected figure in the Urban Planning committees of the Ministry of Housing and the Royal Court Affairs. We remain one of Oman’s leading all-Omani consultancies, providing quality architectural, structural, MEP and master-planning services to both the private and public sectors.
Our teams work closely together to produce innovative, sustainable and environmentally aware designs that are bespoke to the client’s needs — yet always in harmony with the surrounding project location and Omani cultural context.
The People Behind PEC
MEng. Engineer with over a decade in real estate development and project management with regional and local presence. Has led PEC since 2017, carrying forward the legacy of founder Architect Ali Al-Mazrooei.
Leading PEC’s architectural design practice with deep expertise in commercial, hospitality and residential typologies. Specialises in designs that marry contemporary form with Omani cultural identity.
Overseeing all structural engineering output — from reinforced concrete and steel through to seismic analysis and post-tensioned systems. Every structure delivered to the highest international codes.
Ensuring every PEC project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality benchmarks — coordinating all disciplines from kick-off through to final handover and closeout.

An Engineer by trade with experience in architectural, civil and mechanical engineering and design. Tariq has over a decade in real estate development and project management with regional and local presence, owning and running PEC since 2017.
Our fully implemented QMS is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and complies with the FIDIC Guide for the Consulting Engineering Industry — qualified through Bureau Veritas. Quality and HSES management are addressed at all project stages.
