About This Project

Hai Majd is a large-scale integrated residential community project in Sohar, Oman, developed in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning. It features over 1,000 housing units including villas and townhouses of various sizes, along with commercial facilities, recreational amenities, and expansive green spaces to promote sustainable and dignified living for Omani citizens.
