Hai Majd is one of Oman’s most ambitious urban development projects — a complete city neighbourhood spanning approximately 400,000 m² in Sohar. Designed to accommodate 8,000 residents, the masterplan features a signature boulevard of nearly 1 km, a mosque, recreational murooj (green meadows), playgrounds, walking promenades, and more than 70,000 m² of green open spaces.
